Georg Justich is an Austrian Rechtsanwalt. He specialises in corporate and commercial law, M&A-transactions, restructurings, banking and capital markets law. He advises Austrian and international clients, including banks, on corporate matters as well as on acquisitions in Central and Eastern Europe. Georg Justich has a long practice in structuring transactions, drafting and negotiating share/asset purchase agreements as well as shareholders agreements. In addition, he advises clients on complex restructurings such as mergers, demergers, spin-offs, transformations and contributions in kind, which may also involve tax-related questions.
Georg Justich graduated from the University of Vienna (Mag.iur. (JD) 2000; Dr.iur. (JSD) 2005, with distinction) and gained professional experience as an associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Vienna. After passing the bar exam with distinction in 2005, he became a member of the Vienna Bar in 2006. From 2003 until the foundation of Konrad & Justich, he worked in the corporate and M&A-team of Schönherr Rechtsanwälte, a leading Austrian and CEE law firm. In 2006, Georg Justich joined the New York City office of the U.S. law firm Alston & Bird.

Furthermore, he has written and contributed to articles on national and international tax law.

Moreover, he also advises clients on securities and structured finance matters.
 

Georg Justich graduated from the University of Vienna (Mag.iur. (JD) 2000; Dr.iur.
