• Legal Provisions: Law on International Commercial Arbitration (Arbitration Law), enacted on 14 August 1993; Federal Law on Enforcement Proceedings of 2007 (governing the enforcement of court judgments).  

Multilateral Conventions:    

• New York Convention: Yes (ratification/accession: 24 August 1960); reservations: reciprocity.   
• European Convention: Yes (ratification/accession: 27 June 1962); reservations: none.   
• ICSID Convention: No (signed but not ratified yet).   
• Energy Charter Treaty: No (signed but not ratified yet).
