  • Legal Provisions: the new Arbitration Act (Zakon o Arbitaži, Official Gazette of Republic of Slovenia No. 45/2008) which entered into force on 9 August 2008.

  • New York Convention: Yes (ratification/accession: 6 July 1992); reservations: only applicable to awards adopted after the Convention entered into effect.   
  • European Convention: Yes (ratification/accession: 6 July 1992); reservations: none.   
  • ICSID Convention: Yes (ratification/accession: 7 May 1994); reservations: none.   
  • Energy Charter Treaty: Yes (ratification/accession: 23 July 1997); reservations: none.
